Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have broken up after four years together, according to multiple reports.

The Oscar winner and the Canadian model are reportedly in negotiations to work out a custody agreement regarding their 2-year-old daughter Nahla.

Berry, 43, and Aubry, 34, met at a Versace store opening in Manhattan in February 2006. Their daughter was born two years later.

In February 2009, Berry told Essence magazine about motherhood, "I'm complete. I have more to offer my craft because [my daughter] makes me indelibly better every day." That same month, Aubry told PEOPLE that Nahla "needs a sibling. I think it's important."

Berry’s rep couldn’t be reached for comment.

Turns out that both CHRISTIE BRINKLEY and her daughter, ALEXA RAY JOEL, went under the knife for earlier this month....

Christie underwent a mini-facelift, and then the next day Alexa . . . Christie's daughter with ex-husband BILLY JOEL . . . had a nose job. They spent a total of $60,000 between them.

The daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley, Alexa Ray Joel, has revealed she has gottne a nose job.

Alexa tells PEOPLE she’s overjoyed by the results. “I was thinking about getting this for years." Her nose, she adds, “always bothered me a little bit. I was self-conscious of pictures taken from the side. To some people that’s vain, but at the end of the day, we all want to feel pretty. Would I do anything else to my body? No. It’s not ten procedures like Heidi Montag. For me, that’s a little extreme, but to each her own.”

Jake Pavelka and fiancee Vienna Girardi didn't cope so well after the Bachelor star was booted off Dancing With the Stars last night...

Witnesses say before the elimination show even started, the couple was huddled together, held handing and praying.

But that didn't save him.

You saw last night that when his name was called, he and Girardi looked devastated. Pavelka even mouthed to her, "It's OK."

 

But while the two looked heartbroken on camera, that's nothing compared to what happen when the cameras stopped rolling... Sourses say they looked absolutely miserable, depressed and inconsolable as they hugged and chatted after the show. Deena Katz, the head producer/casting director, even walked over to comfort the two.

Then Jake went to express his trauma on twitter...

"Well guys, I did everything I could," he Twittered. "Layed [sic] it all out there on the dance floor. I'm pretty bumbed [sic]... :("

WOW... you'd think a pilot would know how to spell!

Interestingly, Pavelka and his pro partner Chelsie Hightower parted ways immediately after cameras stopped rolling, hardly appearing as the best friends Pavelka has claimed they are.

A DWTS insider says he has made her "cry." The source said, "She tries to help Jake, pointing out where he went wrong in rehearsal. But he feels Chelsie's picking on him."

THIS GUY IS A TOTAL TOOL... I've said it all along, ever since his first appearance on "The Bachelorette".

On last night's Dancing With The Stars, Maksim Chmerkovskiy made me VERRY happy when he reipped off his shirt!!! But judge Len Goodman was NOT impressed!!

Chmerkovskiy, 30, and his partner, ESPN anchor Erin Andrews, got 9s from judges Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba for their samba. But Goodman, 66, gave them a 7 because he felt Chmerkovskiy's decision to rip off his shirt during the dance was gimmicky. "I'm fed up, Maks, with shirts coming off!" he snapped. "She's too good for that!"

But Maks isn't taking the critism lightly. He spoke to Us Weekly about Len's comments...

"Len is wrong one billion percent. He said we didn't have enough substance in samba. Are you out of your mind? I could give you a list right now, probably would take about three pages, of all the steps we did in samba. This is what I do for a living! I know that not everyone knows what goes into this, but I go back to running four very successful dance studios. I have a staff of about 50. I have trained a ton of US champions and world champions, and I've coached [everyone] from juveniles to professionals. Don't tell me what I didn't do right because you're wrong! And if that means you're too old to be on this show and judge, then that's what it means. My job here is to support Erin, to teach her, and to try to show her what to do."

Maks added... "He can't say that stuff without expecting me to say something back. This is my job. If you're going to call me out, expect me to defend myself."

Donald Trump claims to be in touch with people at the hospital where Bret Michaels remains in critical condition after suffering a brain hemorrhage.

He tells TMZ the 47-year-old rocker -- who is currently competing on Trump's The Celebrity Apprentice (which was filmed several months ago) -- is in "big, big trouble and the prognosis is not great."

Although Michaels' reps haven't confirmed Trump's remarks, he says Michaels' issue stems from the 63rd annual Tony Awards last June when the Poison front man was hit in the head by a piece of scenery.

Over the weekend, Trump told UsMagazine.com: "I am deeply saddened to hear about Bret Michaels and my thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this time. He's a great competitor and champion and I hope he will be fine."

On Monday, Michaels' team -- which over the weekend said the rocker was suffering from slurred speech, blurred vision and dizziness -- called him "a fighter and survivor." They added that he is "under the best medical care possible."

An update from Michaels' doctors is expected as soon as they find the cause of the bleeding in the his brain.

"As of now Bret remains in ICU under 24 hour surveillance," a statement read. "Further testing this week will help locate the source of the bleeding. Look for an official medical report from doctors this week here at BretMichaels.com."

Bret Michaels's health has taken a turn for the worse, PEOPLE has learned: After an excruciating headache late Thursday night, the star was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where doctors discovered he suffered a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem), according to a source close to the situation.

Michaels, 47, is currently in critical condition. "After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation," the source says.

The rocker's latest hospital visit follows his emergency appendectomy in San Antonio, Texas, on April 12. There is no word yet whether this new development is related to the rocker's recent appendectomy or to his diabetes.

After his appendectomy, Michaels remained in the hospital under his doctors' care – then transferred to a rehab facility specializing in diabetic patients.

As he was recovering, Michaels – who was still in the running to win this season of NBC's Celebrity Apprentice – seemed to be in good spirits and updated fans on his progress.

"They told me that if I had gone on stage like I wanted to, [my appendix] likely would have ruptured and I could have died," he wrote in a note to his fans. "There is just no way around the fact that getting your appendix out HURTS. I have a pretty good threshold for pain, but this one hurts."
