GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A man will head to trial for shooting and killing another man during a dispute. Maxwell Majeski is charged with killing 29-year-old Jeremy Moorehead last month. Authorities say Moorehead and 3 others drove to the 18-year-old's home in the Town of Scott to confront him about an incident earlier that day. That's when Majeski allegedly opened fire, shooting Moorehead twice in the chest. Majeski is due back in court next month.
