Indianapolis (WIBQ)-The Indiana Medical Licensing Board is expected to decide today if a doctor, with offices locally, should loose his license. The Attorney General's office wants Kamal Tiwari's license suspended over-prescribed controlled substances even after losing his DEA privileges. The say he was able to solicit another doctor, Glenn Ballengee, to write prescriptions for patients he never saw. Both men are facing sanctions by the state board.
