Crown Point (WIBQ)-A 41 year old northern Indiana man who pleaded guilty to drunken driving in connection with a crash that killed an East Chicago woman has been sentenced to 14 years in prison, the maximum sentence allowed under state law. Timothy Jessop had pleaded guilty in June to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing death and for being a habitual substance offender. In June 2009 police say Jessop's car struck another car head-on. 40-year-old Arlether Pugh died at the scene.
