WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama plans to hold a new conference on Wednesday, the day after congressional elections in which his Democratic Party is expected to suffer heavy losses.
The White House said Obama would speak to reporters at 1 p.m. EDT on Wednesday.
