FONTANET (WIBQ) - A food fight turns into a felony, as a Terre Haute woman who allegedly threw a bowl of food at her aunt at the Fontanet Bean Dinner has been arrested for battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
34-year-old Carolyn Miller appeared via video in Vigo Superior Court on Monday. The victim reportedly told police she was at the bean dinner with family members when she got into an argument with Miller, who allegedly threw the bowl of food at her.
