PINE RIVER, Wis. (WSAU) – A Merrill woman arrested Friday in Pine River on drug charges is free on bond.
Cathy Kufahl made her initial court appearance in Lincoln County this afternoon. A judge released her on a $10,000 bond and ordered her to pay the $1,000 in cash.
Kufahl is charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place and delivery of heroin and a narcotic. The most serious felony charge carries a maximum 15-year sentence.
Police arrested Kufahl at the same home where they arrested a mother and daughter the week before.
Drug investigators say the investigation is still ongoing and more arrests are possible.
