RAYMOND, Wis (WSAU) Six members of the Illinois National Guard were injured when four of their vehicles crashed while traveling in a convoy in Racine County. The accident happened on I-94 in Raymond.
The National Guard vehicles were slowing down because of a disable truck on the shoulder of the highway. A National Guard humvee crashed, and hit another humvee, a pick-up, and another tractor trailer.
The injured were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the accident.
