GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) - A man charged in a double fatal drunk driving crash back in April made his first court appearance Tuesday.
Rob Puyleart faces 2 counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and 2 counts of homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle.
Norbert and Myra Dier were killed in the crash on Highway 54 in Luxemburg April 1 when Puyleart's vehicle allegedly crossed the center line.
Bond is set at $25,000 and he's due back in court December 15.
